Scott Miller is a strategic marketing operations consultant with 20 years of experience helping brands improve customer loyalty and retention, win new customers, and convert their data into value. He specializes in e-commerce initiatives, customer analytics, digital and direct marketing, and information technology for both B2C and B2B organizations.
Scott brings the ideal blend of IT, marketing, and finance expertise to ensure data-driven marketing initiatives sync with business objectives. He has launched 20 commercial websites, architected IT structures from the ground up, designed initiatives that drew in more than $1B in e-commerce sales, and helped propel 28 consecutive quarters of e-commerce growth by leveraging analytics. He’s also consolidated 40 siloed POS systems into an omnichannel customer view.
Prior to launching his consulting firm in 2011, Scott worked in Director and Senior Vice President roles at Boston-based Grand Circle Corporation and Dancing Deer Baking Company. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Retail Brand Alliance, parent company to Brooks Brothers and Casual Corner Group. Combined with his consulting work, he brings experience in a broad range of industries from retail to fashion and apparel, natural foods to travel, finance and wealth management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge.
